Is this a diet program?

No. This is an individualised health service that considers nutrition alongside your medical history, movement, sleep, stress and other relevant factors. Recommendations are tailored to your needs rather than based on a standard diet plan.

Does it matter how much weight I have to lose?

You do not need to have a large amount of weight to lose to book a consultation. Weight-management concerns can affect people at many different body sizes.

Your practitioner will consider your individual health, measurements, medical history, concerns and goals—not appearance or one number alone. A consultation allows the clinical team to determine whether the service is appropriate for you and discuss suitable next steps without judgment.

Who oversees my care?

Your clinical assessment and recommendations are led by appropriately qualified Fresh Health doctors or nurse practitioners, with ongoing support provided through Lumirae Clinic by Registered Nurse Evelyn.

Will I need regular appointments?

Ongoing reviews are generally recommended. They allow your clinical team to monitor your progress, respond to changes and help you maintain consistent, sustainable habits.

Will a particular treatment be recommended?

Not necessarily. Recommendations can only be made after a practitioner has assessed your health, needs and suitability. No specific outcome, prescription or treatment is guaranteed when you book.

Can I continue my existing Lumirae treatments?

Your weight-management care is separate from Lumirae’s aesthetic services. Relevant health information should always be disclosed before any clinical treatment so that suitability can be assessed.

Where are appointments held?

The service combines remote practitioner consultations with support through Lumirae Clinic in Henley Beach. Appointment arrangements will be explained when you book.

How do I book?

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We understand genuine emergencies can happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
