Cancellation Policy

At Lumirae Clinic, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. To ensure we can provide thoughtful, unrushed care to each client, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will also result in your booking fee or deposit being forfeited.

We understand that unexpected circumstances and genuine emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Booking fees and cancellation charges are applied to protect reserved clinical time and are intended to be reasonable and proportionate to the loss incurred by the clinic.

If Lumirae Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.
